As an experienced psychotherapist and trainer I regularly run courses on Assertiveness, Listening Skills and Confidence Building. I can offer self-development courses to small or large groups.

The next scheduled courses are:

build your confidence course With the support of others Identify your unique set of strengths Improve self-esteem and communication Turn difficulty into opportunity Starting 24th and 26th March 09 in Edenbridge/Oxted area. Tuesday or Thursday afternoon £39 for course of 4 weekly sessions of 1 ½ hours

Courses are usually run at my studio, which is located between Oxted and Edenbridge, on the Surrey / Kent / West Sussex borders within easy reach of Westerham, Sevenoaks , Redhill and East Grinstead. From the M25, Junction 6, it is about 10 minutes drive.
