With five years of counselling experience added to fifteen years mentoring and self-development teaching, my recent work includes counselling patients in a GP surgery, and children in schools and special centres, in addition to my private practice.

To a practical and goal-based instruction as teacher/trainer in self-development I added a psychotherapeutic training which was both practical and also philosophically informed. I believe that I combine these influences to provide something which is simply an exploration with a client, to uncover, without judgment, what troubles them, and why. The style is very much one of a joint enquiry.

I regularly run courses on Assertiveness, Listening Skills and Confidence Building. I have worked with children, young people, older people and couples.
I can offer self-development courses to small or large groups and also provide supervision for other counsellors.
